This service includes primary and secondary research, and engagement in local stakeholders.  In certain situations, it will also include an early community engagement workshop to assess the local market appetite for the offering.

Case Study:  We worked with Essendon Fields to complete a feasibility report into the establishment of a Work Hub as part of the airport terminal redevelopment.  The Feasibility Report provided a robust business case including market research, as well as modeling of economic impact to inform Board’s decision to further invest.
