The Liberated Work white paper explores the changing dynamics of the workforce, and how organisations and property groups can proactively address these opportunities.

We draw on first hand experience from Hub Australia and CoActiv8 clients, and share the results of the first national Hub impact survey and Smart Work Week. Caroline McLaren


Caroline is a champion for flexible and collaborative workspaces. In 2013, she co-founded Hub Sydney and Hub Adelaide. She has pioneered with cutting-edge initiatives, working close with NAB to develop The Village and with GPT to establish Space&Co. Previously Caroline worked with Yahoo!7 and Bain & Company.

Andrew Duong


Andrew is the newest team member of CoActiv8 bringing along a world of hosting knowledge after being Space Host at Hub Sydney from when it opened its doors in May 2013 until July 2014. Having a keen interest in design, human interaction and running events he sees workplaces becoming collaborative environments where everybody learns from everybody else.
