A work hub is a shared work space that offers professional work facilities as well as networking and learning opportunities. These environments may be open to the public or to select audiences. They benefit:

Property Groups

Providing additional amenity on-site to attract and retain tenants

Featured Fact: Tenancy at 1 O’Connell St increased from 18% to 95% with the installation of The Porter, a work club lounge and further amenity upgrade

Generating additional economic outcomes for the local community through business support and innovation

Featured Fact: Hub Adelaide  provided an extra $5.76M economic impact through new job creation in first 12 months

Marketing Teams

Offering a value-add service to customers to build brand and customer relationships

Featured Fact: NAB has strengthened over 1400 small business client relationships through The Village.

Work Hubs differentiate themselves on not just the amenity provided, but the extend to which they are activated by staff, with events and curated learning opportunities. CoActiv8 prides itself on being the leading provider of activated workspaces.
